Chief Executive Officer

Meet Keith Mensah

Keith Mensah is the founder of Elevated Exposure Signs and Graphics. With a background in urban planning, economic development and community engagement, Keith approaches commercial signage strategically.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metro Urban Studies from Augsburg University and a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His early career included economic development and grant writing at the Saint Paul Port Authority and community engagement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

That experience provides a strong foundation in municipal processes, regulatory environments and public-facing infrastructure. Today, Keith applies that knowledge to commercial signage projects throughout Fort Worth, Dallas, Arlington, Grand Prairie, North Richland Hills and Saginaw.

For Keith, signage is about clarity. Every business has a message that must be seen, understood and navigated.
